We built Kanmiro from the ground up with our first client, one of the largest luxury resellers. Their day-to-day work shaped a connected platform for product identification, guided authenticity capture and specialist review.
The result is a shared workflow used across a growing intake operation, with adoption and volume documented from 2021 through 2026.

Product identification brings references to the intake desk. Authenticity assessment guides brand-specific detail capture and combines visual evidence for review. Shared records connect staff with reviewers while keeping AI outputs and human decisions clear.
